USAID Funded Program for KPK Women Entrepreneurs requires online applications via https://new.brightspyre.com/jobs/jid/47648 for Personal care enterprises (beauty parlors and other businesses) in districts of Swat, Mardan Peshawar, Kurram and D.I.Khan. This program is only for female candidates of KPK.

The USAID Funded Economic Recovery and Development Activity (USAID-ERDA) is a five- year Program planned by Associates in Development (AiD) Pvt Ltd. The USAID-ERDA purpose is to enhance the economic opportunities by strengthening and promoting the agriculture Area and growing micro, small & medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Province of KPK and Newly Merged Districts (NMDs) of the province.

USAID Grant for Strengthening of Women owned Personal Care Enterprises in KPK 2024

The USAID-ERDA in its MSMEs component intends to provide grant support to the eligible women entrepreneurs in KPK for their existing personal care enterprises (like beauty parlors and other shops) in districts of Peshawar, Swat, Dera Ismail Khan, Kurram and Mardan.

Eligibility criteria for KPK USAID Grant Program 2024

• The candidate must be a female and permanent resident of Province KPK having a valid Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC)
• Applicants must have an existing beauty parlor in one of the selected Areas of KPK (Mardan, Peshawar, Swat, Dera Ismail Khan and Kurram)
• The business of the female candidate must have been operational at least for the last one (01) year period. The USAID-ERDA team will confirm a physical verification by checking the physical existence and operational status
• The shop or business must have a covered area of minimum 200 sq feet with basic facilities required for business and utilizing the additional USAID-ERDA in-kind grant program
• Females who have done a minimum of 6 months of technical/vocational course or have got a diploma in the relevant subject such as beautician, make-up, saloon management etc will be given preference
• Candidates should be willing to participate in USAID-ERDA’s relevant training and programs conducted in this regard

Total Amount of USAID Grant Program in KPK

USAID Grant Support up to PKR 1 Million per enterprise will be provided to Selected and Eligible Women under USAID Grant program 2024 for selected districts of KPK

• Grant application form completed in all respects (Mandatory)
• Copies CNIC of the Applicants (Mandatory)
• Business Registration documents will be required (if applicable)
• Information or documents regarding the current business like sales receipts and contracts etc. (Optional)
