How to Apply?

1. Online Registration

• Visit the official website
• Enter your CNIC number and register your mobile number
• Fill in the required details and submit
• You will receive an SMS update about your eligibility

2. SMS Registration

• Send your 13-digit CNIC number to 8123
• Ensure the SIM card you use is registered under your own CNIC.
• You will receive an SMS reply with your application result or next steps.

3. Offline Registration

• Go to your nearest Ehsaas center or a Punjab government office
• Bring your CNIC, proof of income, and proof of residence
• Fill in the required details and submit your form in person at the nearest center
