1. Matric/O-level with min 60% marks
2. Fsc/A-level with min 60% marks
3. Part-II appearing candidates with at least 65% marks in Part-I can also with the subjects mentioned below

a) Physics, Maths & Chemistry

b) Physics, Maths & Computer Science

c) Physics, Maths & Statistics

4. Candidates with O/A level must submit HEC equivalence certificate

Training period of PN cadet in Pak Navy

The training period in Pakistan Navy as PN Cadet is 02 years. PN Cadet is called Pakistan Navy Midshipman.

After completion of the two years training , candidates are promoted to the rant Sub Lieutenant in Navy.
The candidates after joining the navy have to compete and work hard to get promotion and further higher ranks therefore they have to maintain their studies to pass different courses to get highesr ranks.

Selection Procedure of PN Cadet in Pak Navy

The information about Exams and Tests will be communicated via SMS by PNR & SC.

1. The computer-based E-testing consists of different subjects Tests
2. Intelligence Test (General Knowledge, English, Mathematics and Physics)
3. The Test date will be sent to candidates through SMS by PN Recruitment & Selection Center.
4. After the test, the E-testing results will be declared after short time
5. The results of AJ & K candidates who appeared for PNR and SC Muzaffarabad Centre will be posted on the Pak Navy website.
6. Successful candidates will be called to ISSB for further tests/ interviews.
7. Candidates who are recommended by the ISSB have to pass a medical exam at the nearest CMH/Naval Hospital.
8. The Final Selection or recruitment of the candidates will be based on merit at Naval Headquarters
